Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer free flat shipping on orders over $89.
For orders under $89, we have three shipping plans to choose from:
- Flat shipping: $7.99
- Express shipping: $8.99
- Priority Shipping: $12.99
All shipping charges are displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Flat Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (for orders placed before 12 PM on a business day)

Order Tracking
Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your Twilightza account.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you believe your package is lost or missing items:
- Email us within 7 business days of the original delivery date at [email protected].
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.
Stock Availability
We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted. However, due to stock availability:
- Some items may not ship with your order.
- You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise.
- Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout.
